Prescreening
Process:
Prescreening is an initial
conversation, either via phone or face to
face, used to identify your
"readiness" for a career move.
Your recruiter, through a series of questions,
will listen to your career needs to help make
your next career move a success. Our prescreen
will cover some of the following:
1: Your last three positions (including salary
history and promotions)
2: Your current satisfactions and
dissatisfactions with your job
3: Your career goals and ambitions (including
a timeline for your next career move)
Face to Face Interview:
Your 3D recruiting professional will speak
with you in person or on the telephone for
approximately one hour. During the interview,
we will focus on your prior performance, core
talents, industry/position-related skills,
motivators and major accomplishments.
Reference Checking:
After we have met face to face, your recruiter
will proceed with reference verification.
Reference checking is a valuable tool when
trying to position you for your next career
advancement. Be prepared to provide references
that will give us and our clients a
clear view of your career. The following
references may be required:
1:
2 former or current supervisors
2: 2 former or current peers
3: 2 former or current customers
4: 2 former or current subordinates (if
looking for management position)
Interview Techniques:
As we begin to present you to our clients, we
will prepare you for your interviews. Most
business professionals spend 2 hours
interviewing to every 6000 hours of work!
We'll help you make those 2 hours count! Our
tips include:
1:
How to close and get an offer at every
interview
2: How to respond to questions in an interview
3: How to handle counteroffers from your
current employer
4: Preparing questions for your interview
5: Sharing our findings (prepping you for the
interview)
Offers:
Finally,
we'll work with you during the offer stage by:
1: Identifying your exact parameters for offer
acceptance (salary, start date, benefits etc)
2: Discussing current market price for your
skills, industry and location
3: Helping your prepare for you current
employer’s counteroffer
